Position Overview
Kaleidoscope is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager or Marketing Associate to help define and execute both our customer acquisition and customer retention strategies to continue growing over the coming years.
You will own the execution of our cross-channel, demand generation and engagement campaigns, including email programs, organic social, paid media, and website. With a small and highly collaborative team, you’ll have a say in strategy and be able to own fundamental execution; across the marketing function.

Responsibilities
- Assist with management of core growth programs, including: marketing site management, landing pages, SEO, copywriting, marketing automation and CRM, marketing analytics, social, and online reviews & testimonials
- Execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including: Managing all email programs for customers and prospects, managing demand generation and content marketing programs, managing organic social and assisting with paid media programs, and managing activation of in-person industry conferences.
- Support the VP, Marketing in developing strategies to acquire and retain customers to continue scaling Kaleidoscope and supporting thousands of more students.
- As a small team, be malleable enough to step in and help with needs across the company - think like an owner!
- You bring 3 years of B2B marketing experience in an early to mid-stage company.
- You have experience with multiple of the following: email marketing, paid social/search, content marketing, demand generation, marketing technology, and e-commerce/retail
- You love getting into the details of execution, but can still think big and strategically
- You are okay with ambiguity and the ever-changing nature of scaling an early-stage company
- You are comfortable respectfully challenging others' viewpoints in order to achieve the best results
- You have a bias for action and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when a problem needs solving
- You have a passion for supporting the very people and organizations who enable millions of students to get an education.
