Overview
Kappes Miller Management, the oldest and largest Condominium Management company in the Northwest, with offices in Seattle, Bellevue, & Portland is seeking an individual to train to become a Community Association Manager to join our condominium management team in Bellevue. This is an entry level position with excellent growth potential.
While experience in the Association Management field is not a requirement, our ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist, regardless of the task
Association Management is an exciting field with new challenges daily. The industry is exploding as the majority of new housing being built is within a condominium association or a homeowner association. You will never have the same day twice as a manager. The position we are hiring for will be full time and will be expected to attend board meetings in the evenings several times each month. This is not a remote work position.
