The Role
Kasa is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a remote Portfolio Revenue Manager . In this role, you will lead a small, high-performing revenue team and take full ownership of optimizing revenue and profitability across Kasa's expansive portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.
You will leverage your deep expertise in revenue strategy to drive thoughtful and impactful outcomes, collaborating closely with Portfolio leadership to ensure alignment. A key focus of this role will be fostering strong relationships with property partners and driving financial prosperity across the portfolio.

This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Strategy and requires close collaboration with teams across marketing, sales, financial strategy, and real estate. A key responsibility will be regular engagement with property partners and owners to align on strategies, foster strong relationships, and drive mutual success.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the properties within your portfolio, with performance measured on both absolute and relative metrics.
- Actively monitor and adjust pricing across your portfolio markets to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate proactively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to implement strategies aimed at improving the bottom line for property owner partners.
- Conduct recurring revenue performance reviews for executives and the broader leadership team at Kasa.
- Implement innovative pricing strategies and lead efforts to identify and capitalize on ancillary revenue opportunities.
- Produce top-line forecasting and budgeting reports for portfolio properties, leveraging market data and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
About the Team
Kasa's Revenue Management team is a key contributor to Kasa's long-term success, driving market-leading profit margins across our diverse portfolio of properties. As part of our growing Revenue Management team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of Kasa's pricing strategies while contributing to growth objectives. The Revenue Management team is responsible for the performance of our units across all markets. This is achieved by listing properties on all major OTA platforms and implementing customized sales and advertising plans to boost direct revenue.
At Kasa, we partner with some of the largest property owners and managers in the nation. These relationships are one of our most valuable resources. The Revenue Management team plays a critical role in these interactions, working closely with property partners, including investors, asset managers, and property managers to foster partnerships and achieve shared success.
