Creative Residential Services is searching for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Stockbridge, GA. As an Accounting Manager, you will dive deep into operations, improve financial visibility, and work closely with FP&A and operations teams to enhance operational margins.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for :
- Financial Reporting & Compliance : Oversee and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and corporate policies. Ensure local accounting teams comply with corporate financial reporting standards and internal controls.
- Month-End Close & Reconciliations : Lead the month-end closing process, including journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Operational Financial Support : Collaborate with FP&A and operations teams to provide financial insights, track operational margins, and identify areas for business improvement.
- Internal Controls & Process Standardization : Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and improve financial accuracy. Ensure local teams adhere to standardized financial processes.
- Team Leadership & Development : Manage and develop the local accounting staff, providing training and mentorship to enhance their skills. Foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Cash & Working Capital Management : Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management, ensuring efficient working capital utilization.
- Financial Systems & Process Improvement : Identify and implement automation and process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting efficiency.
