KCEOC Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of Business Service Representative. Responsibilities include recruiting, planning, organizing, and participating in work readiness activities to provide participants opportunities for academic or job-related learning. The Business Service Representative will work directly with employers to ensure that the employer needs are being met. The BSR will also be responsible for reporting activities in a timely and efficient manner.
A Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Business Administration or a related field. Skills needed include oral and written communication, data entry, technology (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and social media), ability to network with others, and prioritize and respond to tight deadlines.
