About Us: At Inspire Solutions we provide an innovative, cloud-based software solution designed to help Building Service Contractors (BSCs) and In-House Service Providers (IHSPs) train their front-line custodial staff. Our platform offers a range of features aimed at improving efficiency, collaboration, and data management. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven SaaS Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our customer base.


Elevator Pitch: Inspire is a game changing app for BSCs and IHSPs. Inspire simplifies employee training using Augmented Reality (AR) technology, as well as assists in verifying cleanings tasks, and communication with managers. Inspire is an easy-to-use augmented reality app designed specifically for cleaning professionals. In an industry challenged by high turnover rates, Inspire is your solution to streamlining training processes, reducing costs, and maximizing efficiency. In addition, Inspire combats employee product misuse, boosts employee retention rates, reduces time spent training, and helps BSCs land new business.


Position Overview: As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and growing the revenue for Inspire Solutions. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our platform. This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to sales, combined with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Identify Leads: Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  • Conduct Product Demos: Conduct engaging and informative product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their specific business challenges and customize presentations and solutions to address their pain points.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, including qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technology teams to ensure clients are supported and satisfied post-sale.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously stay updated on the latest industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to position Inspire Solutions effectively.
  • Document and Report Sales Activities: Track all sales activities and maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customers in CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).


Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, technology sales, or B2B sales (preferably in a related industry).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, software solutions, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
