In this role, you will :
- Communicate with business clients via phone and email, providing detailed information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of business interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Process service requests through Verizon Wireless channels to ensure efficient resolution.
- Keep detailed logs of authorizations received for each request.
- Conduct periodic account reviews and analysis while proposing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with businesses to gather insights on their service experiences.
- Collaborate with Cellular Sales B2B representatives to optimize care and service.
- Utilize tools like Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets on a daily basis, requiring strong typing skills.
