Company in Powell, Tennessee is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers and various departments to ensure that
all customer needs are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES may include any or all of the following.
- Professionally processes orders received via telephone, fax, mail or EDI.
- Confirm fax orders to customers.
- Resolves customer problems or complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Provides proof of delivery for customer orders.
- Prepares credit requests.
- Assists customers with product questions.
- Takes initiative to provide service to customers in unique situations.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Assists customers with open order reports.
- Maintain departmental files including faxes, credits and returns.
- Process return authorizations.
- Process credit card orders.
- Arrives at work on time and complies with company attendance and tardiness policies.
- Possesses ability to get along with co-workers, customers and company visitors.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS :
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $17.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
