Compensation :

85,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Communicate with leads effectively to drive sales growth

Consult with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific needs and successfully close transactions

Prioritize providing top-notch service and valuable advice to clients, fostering strong relationships, and encouraging repeat business

Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about properties and the surrounding areas

Draft written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process

Qualifications :

We are seeking individuals who can work independently while also possessing exceptional interpersonal skills

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary for this role

The ideal candidate should be pleasant, trustworthy, and able to build rapport with clients

Familiarity with MS Office / Google Suite is required

A real estate agent’s or broker’s license is preferred, or the willingness to obtain one
