We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers through the process of purchasing or selling properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate favorable terms will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities
- 6 weeks of Ignite Training to boost career.
- Lead Generate for 15 hours a week (open house, cold calling, SOI, leads)
- Work with a productivity coach to build habits for success.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale on behalf of clients.
- Maintain an organized database of listings, client contacts, and transaction records.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations during all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating regularly with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Attend open houses, property showings, and networking events to build relationships within the community.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Oklahoma or in process of studying for exam.
- Proven sales experience; prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and tools is beneficial.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to professional development in the real estate field.
This position is commission pay only.
