Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Scientist for a laboratory-based position focus on small molecules and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs).
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional and phenotypic cell-based assays to assess the potency and selectivity of novel compounds.
- Characterize new molecules through mechanism-of-action studies.
- Maintain detailed experimental records, analyze and interpret data, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with preclinical development teams, effectively communicating findings and insights.
- Manage laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and organization.
