As an Equipment Rental Associate, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer service and facilitating the rental process for our clients. Your core skills in retail sales, cash handling, and communication will enable you to assist customers effectively while ensuring accurate transactions. You will also utilize your premium skills in our POS system, and merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
Additionally, your ability to load and unload equipment safely (ability to lift 50lbs), along with your familiarity with forklift operations (if no previous experience training is available),

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with equipment rentals, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Load and unload equipment, ensuring safe handling and proper storage.
- Stock and organize rental equipment on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-merchandised and inviting retail environment.
- Utilize POS systems for sales processing and inventory management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
