Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Accurate handling of client paperwork and files; both physical and electronic
- Complete clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by Advisor in a timely manner
- Meet and Greet clients, answer phones, confirm appointments
- Requires a basic understanding of cloud storage and CRM systems
- Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Excel and Teams) are essential
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Fingerprint and Background Check Required
