Header – Blaster/Painter
Catoosa Location
Pay Rate and Hours:
- Pay: $19.00/hr depending on experience
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm with possible overtime
Job Description:
- Abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt and to impart specified finish.
- Shovel or pour abrasives such as sand, grit, or a shot of a specified grade into the machine hopper.
- Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
- Ability to prep product prior to/post painting.
Skills:
- Must be able to pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
- Must be able to wear a respirator.
- Must be able to use a power spray gun.
