A professional services organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Southtowns office. This role is responsible for general admin duties including client intake, database maintenance, answering phones, and tracking Medicare and Medicaid required documentation for audits.

Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- 4 years of related office experience
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
