Qualifications
- MBA, JD, or PhD in Economics, Computer Science, or other Science fields
- 5 years of relevant experience following graduate school, preferably in the consulting industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Intellectually curious and quick to learn with a passion for excellence
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial and operational levers
- Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas
- Experience in both the merger review regulatory process and antitrust litigation (particularly in merger litigation) is highly advantageous.

Salary : $235,000 - $245,000
