As an engagement manager, you might be expected to:
- Facilitate meetings with global-level stakeholders to achieve alignment on a strategic vision
- Succinctly pitch and iterate on project goals with key counterparts
- Project manage for complex multi-organization workstreams
- Present and distill complex health data
- Understand data nuances and communicate main messages
This position is Seattle- or Washington, D.C.- based with a flexible WFH policy.

- $81,034 to consultants
- $95,524 to senior consultants
- $115,763 to associates
- $144,717 to senior associates
- $173,644 to directors
- $202,597 to principals
- $231,525 to partners and our executive director

Recruitment process details

- Successful applicants will then normally have a second round of interviews (focused on what you can bring to the team and what you would like to work on) before a decision is made about a potential offer
