Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP professional to lead pre-sales initiatives and drive solution design tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client engagement capabilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pre-sales activities, including solution architecture and design.
- Own and present tailored SAP solutions during client orals and key presentations.
- Collaborate closely with clients throughout the sales cycle to understand and address business challenges.
- Work in partnership with project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of SAP solutions, including managing scope and change during the pre-sales phase.
- Design innovative solutions leveraging collective experience and validate them with relevant subject matter experts.
- Coordinate with geographically distributed (offshore/onshore) teams to provide prompt and high-quality responses to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project status and provide objective progress reporting to leadership and client teams.
- Develop, maintain, and share reusable solution assets and templates for future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of SAP techno-functional experience across implementation and application support projects.
- Proven experience in a minimum of 1 implementation of an end-to-end S/4HANA implementation project.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project and/or program management.
- Strong background in SAP solution architecture and pre-sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
