Position: Daycare Teacher
Salary: $10.00–$12.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available
Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8 hours between 8:30 am–5:30 pm), Closer Needed (10:00 am–6:00 pm)
Location: 7 N Pointe Blvd, Enterprise, AL 36330

About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Daycare Teachers to guide children through early learning milestones. You’ll foster their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through creative activities and structured play in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Foster positive interactions to build self-confidence and social skills
- Teach basic concepts like shapes, colors, and numbers through creative play
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and collaborate with colleagues for cohesive program delivery
Transferable Roles Include:
- Childcare Specialist
- Early Childhood Educator
- Paraprofessional / Teaching Assistant
- ABA Behavioral Technician
- Family Support Worker
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Preferred: Experience in childcare, preschool, or teaching roles
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Child CPR certification and/or BS/BA in Early Childhood Education
