\n- Strategic Planning: Drive monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic budgeting; conduct scenario planning to evaluate long-term strategies, including ROI for new markets and products
- Revenue and Market Analysis: Build revenue forecasts and collaborate with GTM to analyze sales, market opportunities, and pipeline trends
- Performance Metrics and Insights: Define, track, and evaluate company performance metrics to align financial objectives with business goals
- Investment and Cost Management: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to evaluate investments and manage costs; track expenses and vendor contracts to ensure financial efficiency
- Operational Scalability: Support the growth of print operations; optimize financial planning for large-scale, multi-year initiatives while navigating the complexities of print and digital operations
- Cash Flow and Fundraising Support: Manage cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning; support fundraising initiatives and investor communications
- Acquisition and Partnership Analysis: Evaluate acquisition targets and partnerships for financial impact and alignment with strategic goals
- Process Improvement: Lead FP&A system implementations and identify opportunities for automation and scaling finance operations
- 4-7 years in finance, with a combination of investment banking and FP&A experience, ideally including time at a startup or similarly dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced finance-related degree is a plus
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including experience building revenue forecasts and integrated three-statement financial models, with proficiency in Excel
- Hands-on experience in financial planning and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics management
- Solid foundation in accounting, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive oversight of financial reports
- Familiarity with SaaS business models; experience in edtech or managing diverse revenue streams (digital, print, and services) is a plus
Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.

Salary : $80,000 - $170,000
