We are currently recruiting for a resourceful and passionate Asset Manager for the Home Ownership Program who will focus on manufactured homes and working with senior communities to perform challenging skilled technical work managing the Home Ownership program, overseeing the work of property managers and maintenance staff, and managing special or related projects as needed or assigned.
Work is performed under the general supervision of the Senior Asset Manager. Direct supervision is exercised over three Property Managers and one Maintenance Mechanic, and general supervision of a Property Specialist and a Landscaper/Cleaner as well as working with a third-party property management company that oversees one of the five communities in this portfolio.

Salary & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $102,238.00 - $126,263.00 annually dependent on qualifications and professional experience. The complete salary range for this position is $102,238.00 - $150,289.75 annually. Performance based merit increase opportunities and COLAs are reviewed on an annual basis. After initial onboarding, this role will have the opportunity to work remotely up to 60% in accordance with the KCHA's flexible work arrangements; however, remote work conditions will be reviewed on a regular basis based on business and program need. Employees must reside in Washington State and having the ability to report to the Central Office in Tukwila will be required. Some local travel may be required to support KCHA business needs.
