Position Overview:
- As the HR Assistant at King of Freight, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing human resources strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the freight brokerage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization, with a focus on building a diverse and high performing team.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with current business objectives.
- Project management and event coordination are some administrative duties you may do in addition to office work that benefits the organization.
- Knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to communicate professionally and build relationships with coworkers, volunteers, customers, donors, and vendors.
- Will assist with HR duties such as hiring and paperwork.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Proficient in HRIS (preferably Bamboo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing 35 WMP, Outgoing and Eager to grow our company!
