DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- AAS in welding is preferred but not a deal-breaker!
- 5 years of experience in a similar setting is also preferred
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A WELDING OPERATOR?
Our schedule is 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 3:30 PM on Fridays. This position has built-in overtime, totaling 45 hours per week, with the additional 5 hours being paid time and a half.
As a Welding Operator, your day involves a variety of tasks centered around heavy deposition GMAW (Mig) welding on steel ranging from 1/4" to 4" thick. At the start of your shift, you ensure your equipment is in top condition and perform necessary safety checks. Your primary responsibility is to produce high-quality welds that meet our rigorous standards, which require a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision. You adhere to safety protocols and conduct quality control inspections throughout the day.
