Who you are
You are an experienced service delivery manager with a strong background in modern project management methodologies and software engineering processes, having coordinated project teams or cross-functional projects for 2-5 years. You excel in identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, offering effective solutions for both internal and external challenges. Your technical leadership is evident in your ability to facilitate discussions on infrastructure sizing, positioning, and architectural implementation with engineering and data science leads.
You are adept at managing project budgets, margins, scopes, and schedules, ensuring alignment with initial parameters. Your skill in executing and iterating efficient processes allows you to continuously improve workflows based on customer feedback and internal insights. Your knowledge of product lifecycle management helps you evolve workflows and coordinate release activities effectively.
Data-driven decision-making is second nature to you, as you assess customer feedback to refine products and services in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Your advanced communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with partners, internal team members, consultants, third-party sellers, and customers. You hold certifications in Project Management/Scrum, such as CAPM or PMP, and possess a strong technical background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM fields. Your practical experience in the SaaS industry further enhances your capability to excel in this role.

Your role requires excellent communication, risk management, and technical leadership skills, with a preference for candidates with certifications in Project Management/Scrum and a strong background in Computer Science or Data Science.
