Preferred Experience : Two years of prior experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to accomplish tasks well and on time.
- Work independently, perform tasks thoroughly, and hold self-accountable.
- Demonstrate professional behavior.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable and able to work on-call for after hours emergencies.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Current drivers license
- Boilers License or obtain within 6 months of hire
