IT Service Technician

We are a leading IT solution provider in the Southwest, delivering reliable, consistent, and expert technical support when customers don’t have the resources or specialization in-house.

We're searching for 1 Field Technician in the Albuquerque area to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Provide onsite customer support
• Provide front line customer IT support using remote management tools
• Support workstation and server technologies in both on-premise and cloud based environments
• Support disaster recovery solutions
• Support WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
• Communication with customers to keep them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages

Preferred Requirements:

• Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
• Familiar to advanced understanding of server administration with experience building and deployment
• Interpersonal skills: phone, written, active listening, and customer care

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• BA/BS, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• 5 years of IT or related experience.
