Mid level Data Analysis - IT Portfolio Management

REQUIRED: MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Data Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for departmental IT Portfolio Management using DADMS and DITPR DON tools and managing the IT procurement process in support of our customers at NSWC Corona.

IT Portfolio Maintenance - The contractor shall maintain the Command's IT portfolio via the authoritative Navy databases (DADMS, DITPR-DON); promulgate guidance, policy, and standards; participate in the IT portfolio community of practice (NAVSEA working group); and take such actions as required to ensure the portfolio is an accurate representation of the software and hardware in use by the Command. The contractor shall process, track, and report on the overall portfolio and the status of individual actions (new adds, LDA extensions, annual reviews, etc.). Interactions will be required with system owners, Cybersecurity staff, and NAVSEA/Warfare Center HQ staff. The portfolio current has about 850 software entries, 250 hardware entries, and approximately 30 DITPR-DON system records. The processing expectation is no more than two working days for any complete user request; user rework time is excluded.

IT Approval Support - The contractor shall act as the Command's IT Purchase Request (ITPR) Customer Service Representative (CSR). As the CSR, the contractor shall facilitate processing of ITPRs in the Navy's authoritative tool (NAV-ITAS); promulgate guidance, policy, and standards; maintain and monitor NAV-ITAS user accounts for Command employees; participate in the ITPR community of practice (NAVSEA working group); ensure timely processing of ITPRs, and track requested usage of Enterprise License Agreements (ELA's) and Enterprise Software Licenses (ESL's). Volume is expected to be 200-250 ITPRs per year and 75 system users. The processing expectation is no more than two working days for any complete user request (for example a user account request); user rework time excluded.

IT Data Call Tracking - The contractor shall track data calls coming into the IT division through both official and unofficial channels, updating the data call log, and reporting status to the CIO during staff meetings.
