This role will oversee our tax credit programs, including supervision of Tax Credit and HUD properties.
Position Overview

As a Clients Results Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high performance across our portfolio in Central and Southeastern Virginia. You will guide multiple Community Managers and their teams, providing direct coverage when necessary to maintain seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Regional Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of several properties and their respective teams to ensure excellent service and operational effectiveness.
- Lead & Mentor Teams: Provide hands-on leadership, training, and mentorship to Community Managers, helping them succeed and grow in their roles.
- Direct Support Coverage: Step in as needed to provide direct coverage when Community Managers or staff members are absent, ensuring uninterrupted service to our residents.
- Staff Development: Lead training initiatives that foster operational excellence and professional growth for your teams.
- Regular Travel: Frequently visit properties within your portfolio to stay engaged with operations and provide on-site support as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of property management experience, with a proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations. Expertise in LIHTC, Tax Credit programs, and HUD properties is essential.
- Leadership: A strong leader who can step into various roles and guide teams when needed.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: CPM, ARM, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to properties across the Richmond, Petersburg, and Hampton Road area, as well as Northeastern North Carolina.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
