Residential Maintenance Technician – Richmond/Chesterfield County/Petersburg
KRS Holdings, a rapidly growing property management company in Virginia, is seeking a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Residential Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment communities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents have a well-maintained, safe, and comfortable living environment, addressing an average of five maintenance requests per day. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly preferred to better serve our diverse resident population.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
- On-call rotation for emergencies.
- Competitive hourly rate: $21-$24 (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Diagnose and repair systems such as:
- Electrical and plumbing
- HVAC systems
- Appliances
- Interior/exterior lighting
- Fireplaces, ceiling fans, and gas fixtures
- Hot water heaters (gas/electric)
- Door locks, windows, and sliding doors
- Perform unit turnovers to meet move-in deadlines.
- Coordinate and inspect necessary make-ready repairs.
- Change locks, make keys, and handle lock-related issues.
- Move heavy appliances and equipment when needed.
- Remove and dispose of abandoned items and ensure community grounds are clean and litter-free.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or construction.
- Must have personal tools, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable truck (fuel stipend included).
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
Salary : $21 - $24
