Blending Operator

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production, possess knowledge of CGMP standards, and be proficient in basic math. This position involves working in a kitchen environment, operating equipment such as forklifts, and assisting with cooking and baking tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a food production setting
- Adhere to CGMP guidelines to ensure product quality and safety
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and quantities
- Assist with kitchen duties including cooking and baking
- Handle food products following proper food handling procedures
- Support restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Skills:
- Prior experience in food production or a related field
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Experience as a cook or baker is beneficial
- Strong understanding of food handling protocols in compliance with health regulations
- Background in restaurant or food processing environments is advantageous
