Your Role
The Operational Care Specialist will be part of a team responsible for coordinating transport activities by executing the necessary bookings with our partners and gateways, executing the requisite data entry associated with transport document generation, generating the required documentation, and liaising with our customer care specialists to ensure specific requirements are met.

Your Role
The Operational Care Specialist will be part of a team responsible for coordinating transport activities by executing the necessary bookings with our partners and gateways, executing the requisite data entry associated with transport document generation, generating the required documentation, and liaising with our customer care specialists to ensure specific requirements are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately.
- Properly manage and coordinate driver availability as work dictates.
- Work closely with drivers (this includes assigning new jobs, obtaining charges and handling any driver problems)
- Communicate with Control Towers, with status updates as required.
- Condition and receive credo systems as required by dispatch stations
- Document and escalate all problems/situations as per company policy and procedures.
- Schedule and manage vehicle repairs and equipment
- Report to the Air Logistics Operations Manager
- Associate's degree in supply chain management or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in Air Logistics
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service
