Your Role

As the Electrical Systems Design Engineer, you'll assist in resolving maintenance and production challenges related to electrical and instrumentation systems. You will enhance reliability using predictive maintenance techniques within our two process units.

What You'll Do

• Design and size electrical power systems.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for I&E equipment.
• Provide technical support for systems such as transformers, switchgear, and relays.
• Manage schedules and projects for electrical infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with external engineering and utility firms.
• Ensure the optimal function of electrical and instrument PM programs.
• Innovate process improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee contractors, manage projects, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Conduct system studies such as short-circuit and arc-flash analyses.
  
  

Your Expertise

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in medium to high voltage systems.
• Technical knowledge in PLCs, communications, and SAP systems.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
