Responsibilities:- Contact leads promptly to expand the customer base in Palo Alto, CA, US.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to ensure accurate pricing of property listings.
- Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to develop new business opportunities.
- Support clients during the final stages of the home-buying process for a smooth closing experience when required.
- Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly.
- Schedule listing appointments efficiently and coordinate them diligently.
- Convert pre-qualified leads from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth.
- Implement the team's strategic plan for cohesive operations.
