Responsibilities:
- Ensure quotes delivered prior to due dates
- Accountable for division profitability
- Manage, coordinate and prioritize incoming Power Service work
- Schedule service work
- Interview and evaluate potential new hires
- Ordering material for service work
- Practice and reinforce safety directives from our customers and safety department
- Grow existing customer base and develop new business sectors & clients
- Support sales department
Requirements:
- 2 year technical degree in electronics or equivalent on the job training
- Knowledge of complete power systems
- Organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Prior supervisory experience
- Computer literate; advanced used of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to travel, including overnight as required by job
- Able to work outside of normal hours, until job is complete
