Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the station
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules
- Train and develop station employees
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Implement strategies to improve station performance and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the transportation industry
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
