Operations Intern
Prep Baseball Report is offering an opportunity for current college level students looking to gain real world experience in Baseball and Tournament Operations, which will benefit the students ability to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry.
Job Duties
- Manage tournament site efficiently to ensure successful operations of PBRT events
- Handle all on-site communication with teams and Director of Site Operations and Personnel
- On-site conflict resolutions
- Oversee scoring and data collection
Position guidelines
- Must be willing to work long hours and weekends
- Show up on time and maintain job responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle possible situations that could occur throughout the summer
- Understand rules and regulations to the game of baseball and PBRT events
- Desire to begin a career in Sports Operations and Event Management
