Title: Litigation Associate Attorney: Hybrid
Location: Warren, NJ
Compensation: $100,000 - 150,000 total comp, based on experience and performance

Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, briefs and motions
- Performing and attending depositions
- Preparing, producing and reviewing discovery demands
- Preparing and delivering oral argument
- Develop case strategy
- Attending trial, hearings, arbitration and mediation
- Client Communication
Requirements
- JD Degree and admitted in NJ
- 3 years of litigation experience
- An Ability and experience independently managing a civil litigation matter from consultation to resolution
- Excellent client communication skills with a strong sense of empathy for client situations
- Ability to manage client expectations
- A positive attitude and independence to manage their own day
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
- Trusts & estates litigation experience
- Civil Clerkship
