What are the responsibilities and job description for the Johnson Group Home Coordinator position at Lamoille County Mental Health Services?
Job Summary
This incumbent in this position assists the Group Home Manager with administrative and clinical aspects of the Johnson Group Home. It entails program development, maintenance, supervision of staff, and functioning with in the home. This employee has the responsibility to assist in managing the day to day operations of the home as well as staff operations and scheduling. They will be able to fill in for the manager in their absence as well as be willing to work an alternative schedule. This incumbent must be able to be on call as needed for staffing and Group Home emergency situations.

Education/Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in human services with some exposure to management practices
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human services or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling; 2 years of experience working with persons having a mental health condition; 1 year of supervisory experience
License/Certifications
Required: n/a
Preferred: RN/LADC/LCMHC/LICSW
