This position reports to an Engineer within the Client Field Assurance Department. This department is responsible for fielding and processing of customer complaints about products. The complaints may come from patients, health care providers including physicians, nurses, or other health care staff. This department investigates the root cause of failure from an engineering perspective.
This position will be responsible for helping to process customer complaints, aiding in the investigation of root cause analysis, and will assist with engineering activities including: decontamination/processing of returned medical devices, collect data, analyze data and prepare reports, and processing of customer complaints.
