Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. - Develop and implement paid social media ad strategies aligned with our marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and promotions.
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor individual property budgets and overall campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
- Work with the creative team to produce engaging ad visuals and copy.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
- Track and analyze KPIs, providing regular performance reports and insights.
- Use data to identify trends, improve targeting, and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Adjust campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, advertising policies, and new ad formats.
- Experiment with emerging ad formats and platforms to keep us competitive in the digital space.
- Lend support to local site teams in the creation and implementation of marketing and organic social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement new campaigns across the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in social media advertising, with a track record of managing successful campaigns preferred.
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proficiency in ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with social media metrics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visuals and copy.
