Elevated Industrial Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our innovative, dynamic team!
About the position: Service Coordinator
Elevated Industrial Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will report to the Service Manager and will work from our Fountain Inn, SC location. The position is responsible for coordinating troubleshoot and repair services, for repair and preventative maintenance quotes, and rental agreements.
What you’ll do in the role
- Provide price quotations for repair and preventative maintenance jobs to customers.
- Submit parts requests to purchasing team for repair service jobs.
- Work with warehouse staff to coordinate pulling and staging repair job parts.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance service calls.
- Responsible for rental list updates and rental agreements.
- Provide Daily Service Job log to service coordinator before the end of each day.
- Review service reports from day prior, quote recommended repairs and provide the quote to the appropriate Account Manager.
- Deliver parts to technicians if needed.
- Assist the other service-related duties as requested by Service Manager and/or General Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 year of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems a plus.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solver.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
