We are a local family owned business looking to hire Part Time Warehouse Customer Service Representatives to join our .com facility in Oklahoma City, OK.
Our centralized offices are attached to a semi-climate controlled warehouse and our Warehouse Customer Service Representatives work hand in hand with customers from order placement to delivery of products, by ensuring exceptional customer service through; fast and accurate and friendly responses to customer inquiries, and the delivery of online orders through fast and accurate shipping and receiving.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, compassionate, has a pleasant and easy going personality, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable answering phones and emails using good customer service and communication skills.
In addition, our ideal applicant would also have a good work ethic; be trustworthy and reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented; have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task. They would also be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (such as; Excel and Outlook); Understand the concepts of navigation, search engines, and other web-based applications; as basic computer, typing, practical math skills, problem solving skills, are a must.
Qualifications
