What are the responsibilities and job description for the Combat Skills Instructor position at Lanmark Technology Inc.?
Combat Skills Instructor (CSI) shall prepare, plan, and conduct student instruction in basic “Soldier Training” that includes rucksack marches, marksmanship, small arms handling, basic first aid (1st Responder), land navigation and Modern Army Combatives.
CSI's shall train and educate newly assigned Soldiers and officers to provide the required knowledge and skills necessary to perform during combat and in-combat situations as members of the 160th SOAR(A) and required for survival. CSI's shall provide instruction on physical fitness, Level I Modern Army Combatives, land navigation, first responder medical aid, weapons handling and marksmanship training.
CSI's shall advise leadership on proposed changes to POIs, Training Support Packages (TSP), new and innovative equipment to support quality training and survival skills on the battlefield. CSI's shall develop and conduct student and 160th SOAR team building exercises and culmination exercises (CULEX). CSI's shall provide training for other units, spouses and VIPs.
CSI's shall drive military vehicles and fly in ARSOAC aircraft to support students and 160th SOAR team building and training exercises.
Combat Skills Instructor (CSI) Qualifications:
* Army Instructor Training Course (AITC) or equivalent.
* Army Combatives Certified.
* Graduate of advanced marksmanship training.
* Graduate of a special operations basic combat skills qualification course such as: 160th Green Platoon, Army Ranger, or Special Forces Qualification course.
* SECRET Clearance
