Larson is seeking a new Curtain Wall Department Manager with both project and people management experience to lead our Curtain Wall department in Appleton.
Description
The ideal candidate for this position will provide efficient and detailed work. They will be responsible for the development of project designs and construction documents by utilizing the most current version of AutoCAD. Projects will be related to:
- Glass,
- Panel Systems,
- Storefront,
- Terracotta,
- Window Wall, and
- Other curtain wall-related projects.
Basic Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering / Structural from an ABET-accredited program.
- 10 or more years of Curtain Wall design experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer.
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing direct report(s), including staff development.
- Business development skills.
