Executive Director of Information Operations and Data

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Instructional Technology, or related field (master's degree preferred)
2. Five (5) years’ experience working with data collection using a variety of resources.
3. Knowledge of research design, statistical methods, data gathering, analysis instructional design and outs
4. Experience with MS Office Suites, Power BI, SPSS/SAS, and SQL based applications
5. Experience with MS Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, and Linux distributions
6. Knowledge of evaluation and analytic techniques
7. Knowledge of information management systems
8. Ability to interpret federal and state laws for reporting
9. Organizational and project management skills
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
