Responsibilities
As an individual contributor in the role of Senior Insights Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the following key areas:
1.Strategic Leadership:
oLeverage your deep understanding of analytics and reporting to drive impactful insights.
oStay current with client and industry benchmarks.
oProactively identify issues and escalate them when necessary.
oChampion data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.
oMentor and provide feedback to insight analysts and junior analysts within the organization.
2.Client Partnership
oDevelop client and partner relationships, contributing to strategy development and measurement methodologies.
oBe viewed as an Analytic Subject Matter Expert (SME).
oUnderstand client’s business requirements and design analytical approaches and insights tailored to their specific needs.
oDemonstrate an exceptional ability to distill complex data and insights into compelling narratives.
oEnable effective storytelling that resonates with various stakeholders.
oProficiently articulate findings and recommendations through clear and concise written reports and dynamic verbal presentations.
oFoster understanding and drive informed decision-making across teams.
3.Key Analyses and Deliverables:
oConduct analysis of cross-channel marketing programs including weekly/monthly updates, yearly summaries, and ad hoc requests.
oProvide creative analysis aimed at improving targeted marketing and campaign performance.
oReview standard reports and dashboards, generating meaningful results and recommendations.
oManage the collection and synthesis of data for clients, drawing from sources such as social media, digital platforms, websites, CRMs, and client databases.
Basic Qualifications
·Data Visualization Expertise:
oUtilize your expertise in data visualization to create compelling and actionable visual representations of complex data.
·Deep Understanding of KPI’s:
o Understand the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in digital, cross-channel, and CRM marketing.
·Analytical Skills:
oBe a detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
oProficiently interpret data to deliver meaningful recommendations and possess knowledge of research methods.
·Effective Communication:
oClearly and concisely communicate analytics findings and recommendations.
·Educational Background:
oHold a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
·Work Experience:
oHave a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Digital Analytics, with preferred experience in Media or CRM Marketing.
Desired Skills
·Industry Expertise:
oFamiliarity with the Automotive, CRM, and/or Media sectors.
oUnderstanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
·Tool Proficiency:
oFamiliarity with data analytics and data visualization tools.
oExperience with PowerBI is a plus.
·Quick Learning:
oAptitude for rapidly grasping complex business operational concepts.
oAdaptability to changing environments and emerging trends.
·Business Consulting:
oAbility to communicate analytics findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
