POSITION : FUNDRAISING ADVISOR - LAYER-1 BLOCKCHAIN
Launch Legends is actively seeking a Fundraising (Seed) Advisor with a well-established network in the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem. This role is essential as Launch Legends launches Autheo, a pioneering Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated social platform, and the WFO extreme sports network. The advisor will utilize their network and expertise to connect with angel investors, early-stage backers, and launchpads, ensuring robust financial support and strategic alignment for the ecosystem's seed round.
Responsibilities :
Fundraising Strategy Development
Guide a comprehensive seed fundraising strategy tailored to Launch Legends’ Layer-1 blockchain and social platform vision, emphasizing connections to angel investors and strategic industry backers.
Network Leverage for Investor Connections
Use your established network to connect Launch Legends with key angel investors, launchpads, and early-stage backers, building critical support for the platform’s initial growth phase.
Investment Materials and Data Room Preparation
Collaborate with the team to refine existing funding materials, including pitch decks and business plans, to ensure they resonate with seed-stage investors.
Mentorship and Investor Relations
Advise the founding team on investor outreach, engagement, and negotiation strategies, equipping them with best practices for effective investor communication.
Alignment with Long-Term Funding Objectives
Ensure the seed fundraising process aligns with Autheo’s and WFO’s long-term growth strategies, positioning Launch Legends for future rounds.
