About the Position :

Lautenbach Recycling is looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team! We take pride in providing exceptional customer service , maintaining strict DOT compliance , and ensuring the highest safety standards .

If youre a self-motivated problem solver who values flexibility and teamwork , youll thrive in this role. While roll-off trailer experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate !

What Youll Do :

Safely operate roll-off trucks and transport materials to designated locations

Provide top-notch customer service while following safety protocols

Perform physical tasks including mounting / dismounting trucks, climbing ladders, and lifting 50-75 lbs.

Comply with DOT and company safety regulations

What Were Looking For :

Minimum Driver Qualifications :

• Safe driving record : No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years
• MinimumExperience : 1 year in a similar role
• Clean violation history : No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No reckless driving offenses in the past 3 years
• No criminal offenses related to commercial vehicle operations
• DUI policy : Applicants with past DUI offenses must have a clean record for the last 5 years

Work Location :

Our Mount Vernon facility is a fully operational Construction & Demolition recycling center with frequent traffic, dust, and noise. Most routes will begin and end at this facility, with runs along the I-5 corridor .
