We are seeking a skilled Retention Customer Solutions Agent who can help us retain our existing customers and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, sales experience, and strong empathy skills to understand and address customer concerns and needs. This is a full-time position with a base pay of $18-$20 an hour plus commissions.

Job Description: 

ProForce Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic Contact Center team in Charlotte, NC. As a central point in creating a world-class customer experience, you will be instrumental in maintaining and growing our customer base. Key Responsibilities: 

· Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, and provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. 

· Issue Resolution: Assist customers with resolving issues, scheduling services, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction. 

· Retention: Work proactively to prevent customer cancellations by understanding their needs and offering solutions tailored to their situation. 

· Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell complementary services to existing customers. 

· Collections: Conduct collections activities for accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer. 

· Sales: Promote and sell new services to both existing and potential customers, contributing to the growth of our customer base. 

· Scheduling: Efficiently schedule services and manage customer appointments to optimize service delivery. 

Qualifications: 

· Passion for delivering top-notch customer service and creating positive customer experiences. 

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

· Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy. 

· Sales-minded with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services. 

· Experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred. 

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
