The Lebanon Valley College Information Technology department seeks a director of educational technology. The director of educational technology is responsible for promoting educational technology that advances teaching, learning, and research. Working collaboratively, this position serves as a liaison between faculty, staff, and students, and the office of information technology to broaden the use and knowledge of technology and emerging technology across campus. The directors primary function is to provide best practice-level expertise in the design and development of online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses. Qualifications include a master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology or related discipline, and three years’ related experience in an academic designing and delivering distance learning instructional courses.
